Payment & Orders

Payment must be successfully completed before we begin processing your order. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Los Angeles time, USA. Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed on the next business day.

Refunds

If a return is approved under our return policy, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to process after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds in your account.

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
